I looked at the circuitry some more. The overall diagram is HORRIBLE in the service manual. But the block is ok and individual boards are ok. I think the mute switch is giving the option to route AT to a filter circuit as well as vibrato now I see. So..interesting. It's just flat not getting any vibrato send even though it seems connected there. >
