[sdiy] Paia pin patch cables & the going rate for a Paia 2720

I got a bunch of pin plugs off of mouser and made cables. They work
great, and they're actually longer than the old PAiA ones, so you can
still get an alligator clip on it while in the jack, if one were so
inclined.
