The TCA350Z DIL8 pinout is a subset of the DIL14 pinout, so the 8- and
14-pin devices are interchangeable. Pin 1 of the 8-pin package equates to
pin 2 on the 14-pin and pin 8 to pin 13, i.e. when fitting an 8-pin part
into a 14-pin socket, the "top" row of socket holes and the "bottom" two
rows are left empty.
See attached photo (for Werner's benefit only - won't make it to the list)
of a Crumar Performer chorus board with an 8-pin TCA350Z fitted into a
14-pin socket.
