[sdiy] Paia pin patch cables & the going rate for a Paia 2720

So i was wondering where do i get cheap pin-tip style patch cables suitable for the 2720 & 4700 -series paia modules? Any good substitutes? Also, i've got a 2720 in very bad shape which i'm contemplating fixing, this'd mean remaking all of the wooden parts so i'm wondering whether it's worth it - what's the going rate for one of these?
