[sdiy] Electronics Now Magazine / PAIA Drum Oscillator / Thumb Drum

There used to be a full schematic of the Paia Drum tone board on their 
site.  This was part of that as well, the other one's were very similar 
they just didn't have the CV in and associated diodes and were tuned for 
different very basic drum tones.
