If you haven't already got it on your list to look at, I am a big fan of
Sprint-Layout (http://www.abacom-online.de/uk/html/sprint-layout.html).
It's cheap*, and I found the UI to be a lot better than anything else I
tried.

* Although I guess "cheap" is a bit relative now if you have to do a USD
-> EUR conversion to pay for it like I did.
