[sdiy] sdiy marriage troubles?

I have seen MANY similarities between the worlds of Ham Radio and SDIY

If there is such thing as a "Ham Shack", what about an "SDIY Shack"...

I have somewhat similar wife problems, although my wife and I do a
live electronic act so she thinks it is all very cool, AND I pay for
my hobby by building and fixing gear so I do not catch much grief.
However we have a 1 month old daughter, I thought SDIY with her would
be fine until I smoked a part on a BPF I was testing last night with
her in my arms (second thoughts now!!!!)

Luckily I found I can tweak knobs with one hand with a baby in the
other which is doing wonders for getting me in the studio to actually
make *music* (and that REALLY gets the seal of approval when mom gets
to sleep because of it)
