[sdiy] odd voltage behavior?!?!

i got the schematics and service manual from tom...thanks a lot tom and to the others who responded...
a few questions

i took voltage measurements at the J03 function and all looked a ok, and it boots up intermittenly......

it booted up totally once and i was able to run the tune and calibration tests, seemed to go fine.....

but when i powered down and powered back up, it shows a display with a bund on garbage on it.....

any ideas?

i am gonna go over all the voltages again but it seems like they were correct, at least for the J03 connector located on the p/s board.....

so close yet.........B^p

thanks for the service manual though, i am confident i will be able to find what is wrong with the unit
