Hi Dave,

First of all is it the keyboard K2000, not the rack Vs K2000R ?
The company to my knowledge has changed at least once
since the K2000 series were made in the 90's. One was a chinese
piano maker..Young Chang if I remember right. It was bought again
recently and now trades as Kurzweil Music Systems. I think the
parts you mention may be hard to find now. However try :-

They are listed as the supplier / service agent in the UK. Let me
know if you do get help from them as I have a K2000R as well.
