National Semiconductor has just announced the LMH6553 with a
programmable output clamp for that very purpose (this is a real
problem and not easy to solve when you need to keep the input
impedance to the ADC low). The 900MHz bandwisth may be overkill for
you, more traditional solutions are in "OpAmp Applications" (ed. by
Walt Jung), excerpted here:
