[sdiy] LFO through PWM

Hi Mikhail,

I did a PIC-based LFO that used 8-bit resolution for most of the
calculations and then used 10-bit PWM for the output. The quality is
good enough at 10-bit that you can only hear digital steps in the
most demanding situations (slow ramps to pitch or a high resonance
filter).
8-bit will be worse, and I'd expect to hear more stepiness, but it'll
be perfectly usable and will have some character of its own.
Try it and see!

Regards,
Tom
