[sdiy] LFO through PWM

The Digisound VCDO and Wiard/Blacet Miniwave are both 8 bit. They  
sound kind of grainy, but in a cool way. For control voltages, that's  
better than MIDI's 7 bit resolution, but you'll hear stepping on  
pitch (which is why pitch bend uses 2 sets).
