Yes. It's a simple and well known op amp configuration that doesn't require resistors (because there's no amplification). It's a high impedance unity gain buffer. I'll bet if you google for those terms and include "op amp" you'll get many useful hits.
My attempt to describe it in words: input to the + input. Connect the output to the - input. Find your buffered output at the op amp output pin.

I need to have a buffer coming out of and going into my synth for an fx loop.
is there a way to use a non-inverting configuration of an opamp as a BUFFER/FOllower? or should i just use 2 inverting followers?
