MOTM still sells PCBs, hard-to-find parts, MOTM panels and brackets.
Paul Darrow (krisp1) is doing some Oakley kitting.
Brideschamber is doing a lot of various kitting.
You can find partial-to-full kits on electro-music.com sometimes.
MOTM, Oakley, Blacet, and some others provide really good assembly
instructions.
The folks on this list are very helpful, too...

Paul, alas, isn't making MOTM kits anymore.
Nowadays your the best full kits out there are probably John Blacet's
stuff:
