[sdiy] Substitute for IMF-3958 ARP 4015 S/H SubModule

Unfortunately going straight to the PIN 12 didn't work either nor in  
the S/H Input. I also build the http://www.uni-bonn.de/~uzs159/  
trigger to 15V converter and tried both inputs but was  unsuccessful .  
I needs a square signal.
