Yeah they do...

I even have some,  though I'm not sure if they're that value or not.

I suspect that it's not so much matching as it is thermal tracking that has 
them using a dual FET in that circuit.  You could try it with two separate 
ones attached together (like they do with the expo pairs in the VCOs and 
such) and see if that works out okay.  The feedback from the op amp is going 
to pretty much self-correct any imbalance anyhow.

Look at the datasheet for the part you're using and see what's connected to 
those pins.
