[sdiy] 16-bit superfast midi-cv?

I am working on a MIDI module right now that will be close...

It is going to be rather involved...

CPU will be an AVR90USB1286.

I will be using this AVR USB stack:

For other info on this stack, you can also visit avrfreaks (
http://www.avrfreaks.net )

I am also going to have an 10/100 BASE T ethernet port on it.

The CV processing is going to be done by a Spartan 3 (XC3SE100) FPGA.
The FPGA will handle refreshing the sample holds and will keep the
latency, I hope, to a bare minimum once a CV has been received.
