[sdiy] 16-bit superfast midi-cv?

Hi all,
Has anyone (manufacturer or DIY) ever made a MIDI-CV converter that  
works on 16-bit both for the keyboard CV as well as the other CVs, and  
in addition is superfast?
For a project including many analog synths a16-bit resolution MIDI-CV  
converter is needed for both notes (frequency) and amplitude  
(aftertouch), controllable from a computer with a time-resolution of  
no longer than 5-15 ms.
And of course all through ethernet or USB connection.
Any hints appreciated.
