Google used to find this very nicely, but it seems they have changed 
things again - it won't show up in the first 100 results or so until 
you specify the filetype as PDF.  I'll try to add a few search terms 
when I find the time as "MIDI implementation Waldorf Q" would still 
find it in the top spot.

Do you by any chance try to use the domain for the (now defunct) old
