for common unpolarized capacitors i use a .2in package (eagle: i.e.
C-US050-025x075). that's okay for most of the ceramic (mono or multi) and
polycarbonate(?) metallized film (i.e WIMA) capacitors.
for polystyrene and/or mylar i allways take a look at the datasheets...
