Hi everyone,

I have little bag of a mysterious chip which I do not know how to identify. They are an 8pin DIP labelled TL487CP, with a texas Intruments logo. I've searched the intertubes, and cannot find anything to give a clue as to what it may be, let alone a datasheet. I assume it is quite old, as the TI website does not come up with anything from that part number.
Does anyone have any ideas how one may go about looking for information about it?

Regards
Davido
