[sdiy] Vco for BBD clock generation

Using a 4046 as a BBD clock has been done. By John Hollis for instance, but
in commercial prodicts too. The Tycho Brahe (however it's spelled) Pedal
Flanger used one and that's among the first ever flangers. You can see it in
the pictures at modezero.com. (By the by does anyone have a schematic for
that?)
