I can't say without knowing your current requirements, but I do this: Take 16V AC, one side to ground, other side to + ands = half wave rectifiers & electros. Then hang +15, -15, and +5 regs off them. Hang the +5 off the raw +, not the output of the +15. There are enough switchers around already these days... paul perry Melbourne australia
