[sdiy] Switching combo wall warts

I have an application where I need +/-15V for the analog side and +5 for a
pic based midi trigger and I came across a switching wall wart that has all
that I need. The one I am looking at has 160 mA on the 15 volt rails and 3A
on the 5 so I take that to mean that only the 5V is the switcher and the
other rails are just standard. I know that switching supplies tend to be
noisy so would this be usable or would a 7805 off of a +/-15V adapter be a
better choice?
