[sdiy] Roland SH5 schematics and slider?

I've gotten several CEM chips from CHIPSFORBRAINS and just ordered a
pitch bender for my sh101 off him.  He's pretty fast on shipping, and
everything has arrived as advertised.  He usually has a lot of stuff.
