[sdiy] Roland SH5 schematics and slider?

Hi,

I have a battered old SH5 on the operating table and the schematic I found online miss a few pages (PSU, tuning and adjustment instructions) and has generally bad image quality on the schematics.
Does anybody have a better scanned copy?

The slider for S/H-rate is badly corroded, are there any sources for spares? Its a 500k A slider with about 35mm stroke.
