[sdiy] Chip ID Help

I've got a whole pile of TI chips here.  Can't make any sense of the part
number and hoping someone knows what it is.  Probably a house chip of some
kind but I'd like to make certain before I dispose of them...

O4F3KEK is the top row ( the O could be a 0 or maybe a U? ) and the bottom
row is 8519457-15914.  20Pin DIP.

Any ideas?
