Another good option (at least IMHO) would be an account at cnntp.org,
which i myself use for usenet access. It's free, and on top of that
you'll get another email address for posting to usenet. They do highly
sophisticated filtering on that dresss and then forward the good stuff
to your original email Adress. Haven't had a single spam mail on my
(dedicated) usenet adress for nearly two years now, so it's working
extremely well...
I am by no means connected to cnntp.org apart from happily using their
service.
