Simply hand positioning. Once learned how PCB vs. drill bit should
*look like* from the angle and inspection lenght my eyes are when
actually doing the drilling, positioning becomes pretty automated yet
accurate enough, so I don't spend much time per hole. I use toner
transfer and leave "drill hole" size inside the pad to 0,3mm which
seems to guide drill bit too.
