[sdiy] Eagle PCB v5 is out

>Eagle v5 is out.  For us Mac users, its now Native Aqua ( no longer X11 ).

The best thing: the user language seems to be downward compatible, so
Eagle 3D script für 4.11 does work with some projects upgraded to V5.
(i did a large amount of work in creating 3D models for my special
parts at work, and would have been annoyed if i would have to wait for
Eagle3D to be adapted to a changed user language)
