yep, and probably 1mm for sockets and connectors. it can be so annoying if 
you almost populated a board, and then you have to drill again... however 
i'd checked the datasheet for the width of mounting holes of certain 
components.

i am using the cheapest bits i can find. one bit is good for one eurocard 
PCB.
i shoot from the hip, with a little bit of practice no press is needed.
