Not sure what it translates to in US/inch-based sizes but I use 0.5mm and 0.8mm bits.
I've heard that on standard epoxy PCBs they can break quite often - but on SRBP-based boards you'll get a good life out of the bits (and you don't need to track down expensive carbide ones) as long as they're mounted straight and you use the highest speed the Dremel is capable of.
You might also want to look at getting a 'multi-chuck' - which will let you fit bits from about 0.5mm up to about 3.2mm.
