Hi Anthony!
The process of the p&p sheets is toner transfer. If you configure the laser
printer for printing in black only you should get some good results. I have
a HP4P (50€ with full original toner in a clearence) and i've got good
results. I can get tracks as thin as 0.3mm. I've used a color laser printer
(a OKI) and using the black toner only i could get the same results. About
the drills, i use 0.8mm drill for all holes. It fits well in the dremmel and
is good enought for almost all components.
good luck :)
Heitor
