Since you're going to use the same 0.156" connectors as MOTM,
might make sense to use the same pin assignments. Looking at the
male header, the pins are -15 V, ground, ground, +15 V from left
to right.

Oakley modules reserve the second pin from the left for chassis
ground (comes from ground of PSU, goes to sleeve of jacks, no
current flows through it).
There is also a 6-way version for modules needing +5 V and digital
ground. Not sure what the pinning is.

MOTM uses white for -15 V, black for ground and red for +15 V. I
