[sdiy] Group Buy: TI SN76477 chips

Yeah - but he doesn't seem to be in business at the moment. I tried to
purchase some. Got all the way to the checkout screen and PayPal says he
isn't authorized to accept payments "at this time". And all of my emails to
him have disappeared into the bit bucket... Believe me, this would have been
my preferred option.
