[sdiy] [OT] emails blocked to AT&T

Actually, AT&T has had this policy for a while. I've been bitten by that
from here in Australia, because for some reason my IP fell in the range
which they blacklisted. This has happened a few times ofver the last year.
It seems it's easier for them to block the whole domain than to identify the
individual spammer's IP, and block that.
