Hi Dave,

I believe this is the manual Daniel said he already has and the one I 
have a hardcopy for.  It is missing a lot of pages (13, 16-20, 22-23, 
26-28, 30-35, 52).  Where 52 is the schematic for Board E.  However, the 
last page of this file is an unnumbered page that is the Board E schematic.
