I took a look at the data sheet, and it turns out this is a Panasonic
not Digikey issue, for 3300ppm parts the highest resistance available is
1.8K.

When this discussion started I saw KOA has a family of similar parts
that includes a 2K 3300ppm 0805. I haven't looked for availability.
