Hi,
if it's the frequency determining cap, you can't go wrong with a
styroflex. Pretty stable.
If it's some other cap within the oscillator, it most probably won't
matter which type it is.
Tight tolerance is nice to have, but you will have to tune the VCO
anyway. Stability is more important than an exact absolute capacitance
value.

P.S.: if you never used styroflexes - quick soldering is recommended,
and never touch the cap *body* with the soldering iron, it melts pretty
fast.
