[sdiy] high efficiency DC-DC convertor recommendation?

Im thinking of slinging my P3 sequencer (c.fraser) and a polydac (p.maddox) into a case, and, hopefully running them all off 
batteries at the same time : )

Ive had a look about, but nothing really meets what i need -

Im after output voltages of +5v and +/- 15v from an input voltage of, say, 4-6v dc (ie 4 "C" or "D" size batteries).

Efficiency and output stability are important.

So, yeah, any suggestions?  Im sure there must be somthing about somewhere?
