The uCapps midibox hardware system can be programmed in c, see MIOS C
interface on
http://www.ucapps.de/
I built a 3U Frac rack midibox SID synth with 6 analog inputs, 8
analog outs, 2 gate outs, and SID I/O using this platform - all of the
hardware work is done for you, kits are cheap and easy to build, you
program it through MIDI interface, and there hundreds of interface
options. I meant to dig into programing it, but got hung up by an
archaic operating system and haven't found the time to revisit writing
my own code. I would love to make a good CV processor... quantizer,
LFO, mixers, etc. with my Frac unit.
