[sdiy] Russian transistor replacement

I am trying to fix a russian Junost-21. One of the problems it has is that is missing a transistor, an n-channel FET. According to the schematics it is a KN302BM (I think). It is the one in the bottom right of the following schematic scan:

Any ideas of what could be a good replacement? or any suggestions of general purpose n-channel FETs to try?
