[sdiy] perplexing polysix problem

Hehe.  No I had a handle on all that of course.  I used to build PC's.  
It most definitely was not a turbo issue.  But I mean it was running 
like 5 mhz equiv instead of the 25 it was supposed to run at.  
Incredibly slow.
