This was very true, and it is why coding productivity has not increased even
though machines are so much faster today.
Giving people faster (or instant) turn around, increases the number of
mistakes made & submitted, much more than it increases the number of correct
lines written per day.

As for dropping the card deck..  we used to put a diagonal line along the
side of the deck, so we could put it back together ;D
