[sdiy] ON-ON-ON toggles...good U.S. source cheap? ebay?

i need a bunch of good toggles. some on off on, some on on on, some on/off. i usually use futurlec for cheap stuff but i am on a deadline and they are too
 slow right now for this project. any ideas? also in the market for good 2m pots.
