[sdiy] SMT diode ..can anyone ID? ZJ5?

It's surface mount of course.  There appears to be a backward C which I 
think may be a D to form D11231 possibly.  The first two one's I almost 
thought were an "H".  Anyway then below that very definitely a ZJS or 
ZJ5.  The latter turns up some matches on Zener diodes but I find no 
hints on what voltage this might have been before it crobar'd. -Bob
