Mostly positive. I have had a couple of duff parts but I have either had 
my money back or sent replacements.

It does take a while to get to me here in the UK from HK, usually around 
two to three weeks. I don't think its customs because if they hold it up 
the UK customs put a sticker on it.

He doesn't tend to send e-mails back very quickly if at all.

If you haven't heard from him by now, I'd try again via the Ebay 
messaging service.

I have a growing pile of the little torches and they're great. 
Especially now that I have discovered that the switches actually latch on.

If you order something really big from him you get a stumpy torch with 
about 15 LEDs on it. Very nice, until you lose it in your loft... :-(
