[sdiy] Problem with chipforbrains

I've had decent luck with him in the past, however I just got a pitch
bender for my sh-101 off him from ebay. its been about a month and I
still haven't seen it.  He says he shipped it, odds are, coming from
china with customs and everything, its pretty easy for things to get
screwed up.
