[sdiy] Qucs: Cross platform easy to use circuit sim software with gui

Just in case people here weren't familiar with this software I thought I 
would give people the heads up. It's an open source cross platform 
circuit simulator with an excellent gui and the ability to define custom 
equations for use in simulations or multi-dimensional swept plots.

I have been using it now for the past year and it has a few quirks but 
it's an excellent tool and I recommend it.
