My roommate has got a fuzz pedal, and he accidentally plugged in a 24v DC adapter into it, even though it accepts standard 9v inputs. Would this have blown the pedal...because it surely doesn't work anymore. If so is there anything that can be done to salvage it or generally are these things lost causes at this point?
